Program Supervision/Management Our program manager, with comprehensive contact center experience, works closely with clients, account managers and training staff to assure that the project will be cost effective and successful. Our program manager, working at the center on a daily basis, perform various tasks for our clients like enhancing the center’s account management, training, operations and client reporting tasks to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.
